The festival is now over and all of us can look back to a blissful time.

It was a festival, a real festival,

because we all danced, laughed, sang, eat, prayed, chanted and celebrated together. It was a real "Festival of love", which was enlivened by our guests of honor HH Bhakti Bhusanana Swami, HH Bhakti Vaibhava Swami, HG Chakravarti das, HG M. Dina SharanaDD, HH Kadamba Kanana Swami, HH Kavichandra Swami, HG Krsna Ksetra Das, HG Prasanta Mataji, HG Ravindra Svarupa Das, HH Sacinandana Swami , Madhava Prabhu and many more. There were wonderful lectures and ecstatic Kirtans as well as seminars.

Festivals are important for our spiritual progress, as many holy sages gather on such occasions and narrate about Krsna and thereby part their realization with us.

In every festival we engage in the nine processes of devotional service

sravanam kirtanam vishnoh,

smaranam pada sevanam

arcanam vandanam dasyam

sakyam atma-nivedanam

"Hearing and chanting about Vishnu, remembering Vishnu, serving Vishnu's lotus feet, worshiping Vishnu, offering prayers to Vishnu, becoming Vishnu's servant, becoming Vishnu's best friend, and surrendering everything to Vishnu"
